Yossef Kahlon, of Great Neck, was arrested and indicted on Thursday, Aug. 19, according to Acting Nassau County District Attorney Joyce Smith.
The DA's Office said Kahlon was charged with the following counts:
- First-degree criminal sexual act
- First-degree rape
- First-degree aggravated sexual abuse
- Fourth-degree aggravated sexual abuse
Smith said Kahlon met with the woman at his home on Jan. 25 and allegedly struck her multiple times and raped her.
Kahlon's bail was set at $250,000 cash, $500,000 bond, and $1 million partially secured bond.
“This defendant allegedly brutalized a woman in his home and forced his victim to perform various sexual acts,” Acting DA Smith said. “If you believe you have been a victim of Yossef Kahlon, we urge you to call the Special Victims Bureau at (516) 571-1266 and report the incident.”
